3 tips for helping people to learn through inspiration, implementation & integration


Imagine you have been asked to educate a group of hungry students. How can you make the learning real, relevant and rewarding? Great educators often focus on the 3 I’s: inspiration, implementation and integration. Let’s explore how you can follow these steps to be a good educator.
* You can focus on inspiration.

Great educators start by creating an inspiring environment in which motivated people can learn. For example, they show enthusiasm for their subject, link the learning to people’s lives and make the sessions enjoyable and effective. They encourage, educate and enable people be successful in their lives and work. How can you inspire learners in your own way? Try completing the following sentence.

Great educators provide people with implementation that work. Why? People want more than theory - they want tools that work.
